Dizajnox - Design Dreams provides architectural design, 3D elevations, interior design, and construction management services. Specific project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be governed by a separate, signed Service Agreement or Work Order.

All designs, drawings, 3D renders, images, and content displayed on this website or produced during a project are the intellectual property of Dizajnox - Design Dreams unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

• You agree to provide accurate information regarding your project and site conditions.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to build or renovate the property associated with your inquiry.

While we strive for perfection in every design dream, Dizajnox is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party material suppliers or external labor.
• Site issues undiscoverable during initial surveys.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website.

Payment schedules are defined per project. Generally, design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Construction payments are typically milestone-based as outlined in your specific contract.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered.
